[Shipping Returns] How to return and track your order? (ENG)

Buyers have 2 shipping options (Drop Off via J&T, or Self Arrange) to choose from when returning an order. 


You may track your return parcel via Shopee App.

⚠️ Note

• If you chose Self Arrange as your shipping option for returning your order,  make sure to coordinate closely with your chosen logistics provider

• Kindly avoid dropping off your order at SPX Express Drop off point, since this is only for Shopee Self Collect orders. This is to also avoid missing returned items. For a better return/refund user experience, you may also opt to select Drop Off via J&T instead.

• For item/s tagged as an order received by the seller, even if the order for return has not yet been shipped out you should ask for proof of delivery to Shopee Customer Service.

• If the return shipping option is via Self Arrange, the courier services are unlikely to be integrated with Shopee. Kindly see the tracking websites below to track your returned order using the Tracking Number provided by the courier staff:
